Objectives of position: The aim of the job is to achieve the set turnover goals; support and advice customers in solving their problems which in turn leads to sales negotiations.

Requirements of ideal candidate: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-8 years of experience Technical knowledge in indexable tools Sales experience in cutting tools/ tool machines or similar industries Excellent communication skills Success & result orientated personality Responsibilities: Customer coverage and generation of enquiries Successfully achieve and outperform sales targets Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations Develop effective customer relations Analyze the market and accurately set budgets Provide accurate product forecasting Provide formal customer quotations and successfully conclude the sale. Constant Interaction with OEM Manager, Engineering and Marketing divisions Drawing up various sales statistics Product presentation to customers Acquisition of new customers Monitoring competitor strategy, conversion of competitor business Pre-order/post order follow ups, submission of offer in time and follow-up of orders Sales negotiations Report all customer feedback and opportunities, negotiations with customers about complaints Maintaining customer value files Customer support for tool applications (product and project service) Demonstration of cutting tools for determination of optimal cutting data. Service and field testing of new tools and cutting material Written visit reports about performed product demonstrations Support and execution of trainings for employees and customers Preparation and participation in trade fairs according to requirements

Assessment of technical customer complains in respect of the applied cutting data
