    REPORT DESIGN

    1. Write about the need to be able to report (view records) data collected via end user input while using the software designed. 2. Outline the type of reporting method used in your software project: a. File system in which data entered are stored in file; that can be opened in text editor or other available software program (This will save on disk space, portable, emailed easily to individual or company needing file etc) (Place screen shot of records in file here) b. On screen reporting by displaying records stored in file as text on display screen (monitor). (Does not take up permanent disk space, records are viewed immediately, no additional software needed to view records etc.) (Place screen shot of records displayed on screen here)
