Gloria Mara Martn Martn MY RECIPE CHICKEN FAJITAS WITH GUACAMOLE I love Mexican food and I sometimes cook

chicken fajitas for dinner on weekends. Its so easy to made. INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 persons) 500 grams of chicken breast. 2 onions 2 half bell peppers (different colors) 3-4 chillies 6-8 flour tortillas 2 tomatoes Olive oil Salt Vinegar 4 cloves of Garlic 2 bay leafs A few tomillo

INGREDIENTS TO PREPARATE GUACAMOLE

2 avocados A half tomato A half onion A half lemon juice Some parsley 4 drops of hot sauce A portion of coat cheese

First, chop the tomatoes and chillies. Then stir-fry it in a small pan with some olive oil. Add a little sugar and a tablespoon of vinegar. Remove and cook it on low heat about 10 minutes. In the second, slice the onions, garlic, peppers and chicken breast. Put the chicken to fry in a big span with some olive oil. Add the bay leafs and a few tomillo. In other pan, stir-fry the vegetables. Finally, mix all the ingredients with the chicken and cook on low heat a few minutes and rest. To prepare Guacamole: Peel and slice the avocados. Chop the tomato, onion, cheese and some parsley. Put and crush all in a boll. Add the lemon juice and a bite of hot sauce and remove. To serve Pre- heat the tortillas in the oven and serve in a dish. Then spread some guacamole on it, add some chicken and vegetables. Finally roll the fajita. Ready to eat!!! Enjoy the taste!!!!
