    This is an email sent to me by the holder of the highest Non Commissioned Officer position in the Canadian Armed Forces, the Canadian Forces Chief Warrant Officer (CFCWO). He was the right-hand man to our top General, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS). I had begun to send him a series of historical information detailing the staffing and training issues facing the JPSU, but by the time I got back to 2010 he had enough and directed me to cease.
