    Muhammad Zai is working as Electrician (RTE) in GE(DP) F-6ARF, PAC Kamra since 29 June 2009. I am an old man of 55-60 years. I as well as my spouse, are cardiac patients Medical prescription, are enclosed. There is no other male member at home to look after us. He has often to take leave to get us checked up. A huge amount from his meagre salary is spent on travelling. In emergency, we have to face a log of difficulties without an attendant. 2. In view of the position explained above, I earnestly requested your good honour REQUEST FOR TRANSFERRING.

    to kindly order for transferring him from DW & CE(DP) to DW & CE(Army) and posting in MES (Army) Bannu. This will facilitate a son to look after his old parents in their old age. 3. For this act of kindness, I shall pray for your long life and prosperity.
