COURSE OUTLINE Physical Education (Grade I III) Program Standard General Standard : : The learner demonstrates physically fit body that can perform the exercises and games properly. The learner demonstrates good posture, physically fit body that is able to perform locomotion and non-locomotion movements. OBJECTIVES ACTIVITIES 1. Develop good posture Lecture/ Discussion 2.
