COURSE OUTLINE Physical Education (Grade I III) Program Standard General Standard : : The learner demonstrates physically fit body that can perform the exercises and games properly. The learner demonstrates good posture, physically fit body that is able to perform locomotion and non-locomotion movements. OBJECTIVES ACTIVITIES 1. Develop good posture Lecture/ Discussion 2. Know the importance of proper Performance tasks: posture 3. Determine good posture in sitting, -Good posture standing and walking. test/modeling 1. Perform locomotion and nonlocomotion movements properly. 2. Develop physical skills by doing locomotor and non-locomotor movements. 3.
