I have had the distinct pleasure of knowing David De Leon as a family friend for the past eight years. David has my deepest respect because he demonstrates outstanding leadership and a clear sense of purpose. He has been involved in community events for most of his life. He is involved in his local community, his church, and school. David is organized, efficient, and extremely competent. He has excellent rapport with people of all ages. His communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent. David has shown his commitment to his community by involving himself in a skid row ministry each Sunday for the past two years. In addition, he participates in weekend functions that support the church, peers, and community members.
