Responsibilities
To analyse and construct KPIs related to multiple domains using standard procedures This will include: Analysing RAN interfaces Making KPI templates related to RAN (not limited, multiple domains can be requested) Compliance of all the RAN related KPIs to 3GPP. Harmonization of KPI definition for multiple vendor into single 3GPP defined definition. Delivery of solutions within agreed project timescales. Endeavour to exceed the customer expectations

Essential Capabilities
Good working knowledge of Oracle SQL Must be prepared for traveling/ at customer sites internationally. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, with proven skills on running macros. Logical thinking/ approach to problem solving in a time sensitive challenging environment Sticking to deadlines Ability to work with and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures Good Customer facing and excellent Communication skills Taking responsibility for an objective or small project

Desirable Capabilities
Working knowledge on GERAN with both planning and optimization experience. Telecoms experience. Ideally performance management or data analyst Knowledge of telecommunications technologies 2G,3G and LTE etc. Knowledge of telecommunication performance statistics and their application. OMC, NMS experience advantageous Good knowledge of signalling flows in GERAN. Basic technical knowledge of UTRAN and eUTRAN.
