BANANA, CRANBERRY AND APPLE LOAF Makes 1 large loaf using tin with !

"# $ase #easure#ent Re"i%e "an $e hal&e' using stan'ar' loaf tin "# $ase #easure#ent (N)RED(EN*+ 120gms wholemeal flour 360gms self raising flour 120gms cranberries 120gms dried apple 1 tsp cinnamon 240gms castor sugar 160gms Grapeseed oil 2 x 59gms whole eggs 60gms water 400gms ripe banana (about 4 medium to large no need to mash! "ust brea# in half and place on top of mix in bowl$ 200gms mil# of choice (so%! dair%! rice! buttermil#! etc$ ME*,OD 1& 2& 3& 4& 5& 'reheat o(en to 1)0 (fan forced$ *rrange rac# into middle of the o(en Grease and line loaf tin 'lace all the ingredients into +, bowl - it will loo# .uite full but that is o# ,ix for -. +e"on's +%ee' !
