    R/Sir, When we (Operation staff of U-5& U-3) glimpsed the contents of above referred letter, we were astonished to note that the Yantrikottam award for U-5 & U-3 is to be distributed to maintenance staff only. Is it not a matter of concern as to who is generating a single wing or maintenance and operation staff co-operatively without damage to Plant and machinery? The answer is well known, then why to pat the back of maintenance staff only. Submitted for true, moral, needful please.
