NY. Kids were (by the age of about 12) usually selling drugs. In this time there were many weird occurrences but one thing that startled people the most were the cops, more commonly known as the Creeps. They called them this because of their sketchy vibe. All they ever did was wear their JPD (Jimpson Police Department) hats low and over there eyes and slowly take notes down on a piece of paper while staring at certain kids who looked to be iffy. They were almost like the big gang called The Cold Blooded. The Cold Blooded was known for their nasty crimes. From pilfering clothes from the near by thrift shop to making a mass assassination. When they did this they always wore black Yankee caps over their eyes. They would usually keep a notebook in their back pocket. They usually do this to aim down their targets and make notes of what there targets do on a daily basis. Most of the kids in Jimpson at this time, unfortunately, had no future but to work at the near by McDonalds or run a laundry mat. If they dont achieve this goal they fall into the wrong crowd of people and most likely work with the Cold Blooded. Many people ask, How did this gang get started? The Cold Blooded goes back a few years when they were just getting started. In the fall of 1991, crime levels were getting higher and higher. People were getting more and more out of hand from vending drugs to even bombing stores. For a fun fact, people were stealing more liquor, clothes, and food than any other year in Jimpson. Storeowners were losing money. The city was falling apart right in front of the peoples eyes. More and more cops were gathering on the street going from house to house without a search warrant and invading innocent peoples homes to see if they were stealing and/or to scavenge for drugs. They even see if some of them were linked to murders. The city of Jimpson was getting infuriated. People were starting riots on every block. People were hurting other people and the cops couldnt do anything about it. The people knew they were gaining control. From there, people were creating gangs, knowing that there was less of a chance to get caught. These gangs were not only committing serious crimes, these gangs destroyed police departments and destroyed any social figure that was going against the people of Jimpson. One day, later that year, the mayor of Jimpson made a speech. In his speech he states, We will defeat the gangs. We will rise above these low, useless people and fight. Well as many would think, that was the best wrong thing to say. This speech gathered angry people who were ready to blow their anger in all directions. Gangs were joining other gangs. More and more people were dropping out of high school to join the gangs and fight against Jimpsons social power. After a period of time, all the gangs eventually gathered together to make what we call the Cold Blooded.

After this oration nothing was ever the same. The Cold Blooded was gang bagging everything and I mean everything. From stores to police stations, everything was being tagged up and everything was breaking down. In fact, most places that had been tagged by the Cold Blooded they always spoke about, in gang language, rising above the kings of the city (the police) and take down the city of Jimpson one by one. One of the most famous committed crimes that the Cold Blooded committed was in the year of 1994. On this very day there were less and less stores to rob. To entertain themselves they all gathered together to make a boring day into one of the most historic days. Most people usually saw the Cold Blooded walking around the streets. But this day was different. Since the gang had to plot there idea they went in hiding. This worried the people. The people were worried that they might take it too far and bomb Jimpson. This rumor got spread throughout the city and of course got to the JPD. When they heard about this they were demanding people to abandon the city. Well nobody could follow this order. They had too much stuff to just leave behind. As few left many stayed. Police were emptying their departments and running out onto the streets and standing guard. They called in the S.W.A.T team and told them to have choppers hovering over the city to have air control. The city was crowded with police and S.W.A.T. The Cold Blooded was still nowhere to be seen. The police were getting nervous. Then after ten hours of emptiness the Cold Blooded arrived from the west side of Jimpson. No one had even thought of protecting that side because the Cold Blooded usually hung around the north, east, and south parts. When this word got out they had to shift over more towards the west. After one hour of there arrival they were basically staring face to face at the police and the S.W.A.T groups. The gang was holding AK-47s in there hands. Some were holding half used beer bottles with a rag half way tucked into it. The cops were holding their handguns and shotguns while the S.W.A.T held hand grenades. War was about to begin. When they reached about 10 yards away from each other someone on the edge of the Cold Blooded side screamed, Freedom and lit his bottle with the rag attached to it on fire and threw in the center on the armed forces. When it caught fire and blew, guns started firing and humans from each side of Jimson were running at each other. Police were holding guns and hard wooden bats to hit people down. Others were holding shields that protected all of there front side. The Cold Blooded were way out numbered but surprisingly not out gunned. People were falling on the ground in painful agony. The streets were getting painted in blood. Bullet wounds were piercing many men. One may wonder where the citizens are who have not entered this horrible battle. To tell you the truth, they were watching from out side their windows as if watching a movie. But unfortunately this was not a movie; they were watching history be made right in front of their eyes. This battle went on for hours. There was no give up in anyone. These kids and adults from each side were getting killed, while others were running along rooftops shooting from above. The helicopters could do anything but watch. Their bullets were too strong. They would demolish everything if they started firing. Once the cops and the S.W.A.T found out about the air patrol they decided to retreat. They

thought it would be better this way. However this just made things worse. When they started to walk back they heard gang members curse and call them names. Thankfully the security held their composure and walked back. This was a great finish, News reporters stated after the incident, the city of Jimpson is saved a But this was just the begging Ever since this happening took place, the Cold Blooded have not only had bragging rights over the police, they had more power. The city of Jimpson was never the same. To this day, people have been frightened and worried for the safety of themselves and others. Hopefully one day the citizens will rise above this horrible time and become proud of what they have stood for in this city of Simpson.
