One of my favourite chocolates - Twix!

Twix Candy Bar Brownies Adapted from: Recipe Girl Makes 12 large pieces

Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature 3 oz / 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped semi-sweet chocolate oz unsweetened chocolate! chopped 1 tsp instant coffee powder 3 e""s 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup "ranulated su"ar #re"ular white su"ar$ 1/2 cup % 1 tbsp cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tbsp ba&in" powder ' pinch of salt 2 twix bars #sin"les$ chopped into 1/2( pieces #chill before cuttin"$ How I Made It:

1) *reheat oven to 3+,-. / 1/,0) 1rease an /( brownie / ca&e pan and set aside) 2) 2n a pan set over another pan of boilin" water! melt both the chocolates and butter to"ether until smooth and "lossy) 3et cool sli"htly) 3) 2n a lar"e bowl! whis& to"ether the e""s! coffee powder! vanilla and su"ar) 4tir the e"" mixture into the sli"htly cooled chocolate mixture) 0ool to room temperature) 5) 2n a medium bowl! sift to"ether flour! ba&in" powder! and salt6 add to batter) 4tir chopped Twix bars into chocolate mixture) Then pour into prepared ba&in" pan and smooth top with a rubber spatula) 7ou can reserve some slices and place on top too)

+) 8a&e for 2+ to 3+ minutes! or until toothpic& inserted in center comes out clean with a few crumbs attached6 do not overba&e! 3et cool completely! then cover ti"htly and chill overni"ht) 0hilled brownies are easier to cut and they actually taste better the next day)
