%o $hes 6ust hearin! and feelin! and lo#in! her body thats li#in! and dancin! a!ain But the boss who is there says: )*.& *% 2'$ -*2A%1 9*; 0A%%*T <;$T &* T)I%($ .I,/ T)AT1(* BA0, T* 9*;' 0)AI'8;T 9*;' )I() )//.$ BA0, *% A%& $IT &*-% .I,/ A (**& .ITT./ (I'. $o she sits and stays silent til the meetin! is o#er then walks out the work door fore#er ===================== From that day on, this woman decided her new work would be to concentrate on ne#er, e#er !ettin! stuck in a situation that compromises the needs of her body a!ain This was, indeed, a bi! task and not at all easy First of all, she had to learn what her body already did and what it was capable of doin! $he be!an this new work by considerin! the way in which her body took in food $he noticed that most of the time her body was fed accordin! to the hands of a clock There appeared to be three main eatin! times called breakfast, lunch and dinner $he didnt really know where these times ori!inated from, but became #ery aware of how stron!ly they dictated to her the whens of eatin! $he decided to experiment and see what would happen if she chose not to belie#e in these times anymore $he pretended that shed ne#er e#er heard of them before, scratchin! breakfast lunch and dinner from her mind At first, it was >uite difficult $he would wake up in the mornin! and want so desperately the familiarity of a bowl of muesli and a cup of tea At what

once was lunchtime, shed cra#e her salad sandwiches and the muffin she would buy from the shop next door &inner time was fi!htin! off the ur!e to steam potatoes with some broccoli to !o with the >uick and easy fro"en >uiche ?6ust "ap it and its done1@ $he found that by not doin! what she was used to, her body could then ha#e the opportunity to disco#er its own way of eatin! $he became >uite surprised by when and what her body wanted to consumeo#erwhelmed sometimes by the stren!th of its demands )owe#er, o#er time, she understood that it had #ery !ood reasons for its beha#ioura sensibility >uite of its own that ensured certain needs were always catered for $ometimes she found she would hardly eat at alla bit of fruit now and thenmaybe some nuts or a few #e!ies but really #ery little she 6ust wasnt #ery hun!ry And this could !o on for dayssometimes weeks if it was needed *ther times she had to !or!efeast on all that could be foundchocolate, icecream, cheese, breadanythin!, e#erythin! 6ust eat These times shed be surprised how much her belly could fit inama"ed at how fantastically it worked And then once her bodyd had enou!h shed return to her fastin! a!ain Feastin! and fastin! Fastin! and feastin! this was 6ust how her body worked best And she lo#ed this way of consumin! food It made her feel so free and undictated to by times that werent her own )er days were not restricted to breakfast lunch and dinnerthey were days of eatin! whate#er and whene#er she liked1 -hich made her life so much more excitin! and fullfillin! her body leadin! all the moments, decidin! which ways to !o It also made her body look so #ery beautiful as it was bein! filled exactly how it wanted $ometimes stuffed and other times empty dependin! on how she was feelin! $he learnt to lo#e both of these states )ea#y, bloated, !rounded woman a rock for others to lean on and li!ht, floaty, fli!hty,

faeriehi!h flyin! abo#e the mundane )er free+eatin! body !a#e her the power to transform her bein! for what life was needin! $he cherished this knowled!e and used it wisely *#er time she also learnt the power of a free+ flowin! body After lea#in! the 6ob that would not let her dance on the tabletops, she stopped takin! the pill that controlled all her bleedin! and learnt how to bleed on her own $he disco#ered the 6oys of ebbin! and flowin! and for her this was a truly beautiful, excitin! and enli!htenin! process At first, like with eatin!, it was scary to let her outer control !o There was somethin! comfortin! about ha#in! the knowin! of when she was !oin! to bleed 6ust like knowin! what breakfasts about -hen she threw her little pills away she felt >uite lost and uncertain $he found that without the red pills to tell her, today you are !oin! to bleed she had to learn to feel her bleedin! and this was >uite a challen!e $he had to listen #ery closely to the #oice of her body that spoke not in words but in sensations and subtle chan!es -hen an e!! was bein! freed inside her, shed feel so lo#ely and full of life $he noticed how it made her want to dress beautifully and share herself with the worldher creati#ity, her woman+ness, her potential to make life $hed lau!h and talk and lo#e and dance with the ener!y flowin! throu!h her Then shed watch herself mo#e awayinto darknessrecluse, hide alone for a while The e!! that shed sheltered was not to be usedher body was preparin! to shed $he allowed space at this time to cry if was needed or be silentsit 6ust with herself And when her body was bleedin! shed sleep all she likedand let herself dream what was needed $hed see what was comin!the next cycle, the next sta!e such insi!hts what came with her blood

And once she was empty shed slowly return to the world that shed chosen to li#e in A pure, cleansed out bodyshe relished this feelin! A little !irl all fresh and ali#e $hed feel ea!er for life but would enter it slowly tiptoein! until she felt ready And when she felt ready, shed wait for her man the one whod decided to lo#e her And hed come when he felt hercould sense her, could smell her this newness, this freshness, this waitin! )ed waited 'espectfully knowin! her rhythms lettin! her do what she does to be woman )e waited, Then came to her room, to her place where shes waitin! unknowin!, but wantin! Alls new once a!ain womans ne#er been touchedpure body, pure soul, all cleansed And he finds her and lo#es her so slowly at firstsuch softness, such smoothness such sweet silent newness %othin!s said 6ust the feelin!s they !uide him And he follows so deli!htfully o#er the days And he !rows, as she !rows into fullness and wantin! -omans belly explodin! with life, !i!!les, lau!hter They play and they lo#e and they mesh and they mould in whate#er ways ri!ht for the time Then if life is not made he retreats !ently with her

)olds her close when she wants it lets her !o when she doesnt but is always there somewhere watchin! this woman,,,, 8rotectin! her, lo#in! her, lettin! her !o $o she can be where she must be $o she can see what needs seein! Feel what needs feelin! And do what needs doin! To keep all of the life rhythms flowin!
