Do a physical activity or exercise like walking can reduce risk of breast cancer on women which is related with estrogen in their own body. No researchers can surely know what kind of exercise and how much portion of its which can give protected from cancer. The research that conducted by researchers with the Epidemiology Research Program at the American Cancer Society to postmenopausal women found that most women do exercise with walking in their spare time, and they have less risk of breast cancer after the researchers cross tabulated exercise regimens and medical record. Other research by scientist from School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota which do research to premenopausal women. They divided premenopausal women into 2 group which give treatment exercise five time a week for 16 times and not the other. With collected urine and then look levels of estrogen, is found that women who didnt do exercise have no changes of their estrogen metabolites. Meanwhile in group who do exercise showing that their estrogen is up and down which are believed to indicate the less risk of breast cancer and reduce fat in their body. Dr. Alpa V. Patel, a senior epidemiologist with the American Cancer Society and senior author of the study said that walking is simple exercise which can every people can do it. Because its exercise change the ratio of estrogen metabolites and reduce fat, this can reduce the risk of breast cancer and its significant to postmenopausal women. But not all women who do exercise cannot get the breast cancer, some women in Dr.Patel research get breast cancer although they do exercise. Dr. Patel also said that walking is simple exercise and statistically reduce breast cancer so why us didnt do that to less the risk of the cancer.
