    To, Universal Solutions 17th October 2012 To Whom It May Concern Subject: feedback for the industrial visit for B.A (H) Business Economics students The two escorts provided by you to accompany us on this industrial trip, Jai Kohli and Niti Chopra were the two people who took care of all the minute details of the trip thereby making it a successful industrial visit. The trip from start to bottom was fully handled and organized by both of them and none of the teachers or the students could not help but praise about such a fantastic management. None of the teachers or the students was in any discomfort at any point of the journey as from the meals to the teachers comfort everything was personally overlooked by them. They did a splendid job in managing each day of our journey with loads of fun. We wish them a successful future ahead!
