    This is to certify that Dr. Haseeb Islam S/O Muhammad Islam has
    worked as House Officer in the Department of Psychiatry w.e.f 15 February
    2013 to 14 April 2013, under my supervision.
    During his stay, He availed every opportunity to attend to, patients suffering
    from psychiatry disorders. He was able to develop rapport with psychiatric
    patients. He interviewed, assessed and managed under supervision and
    independently. He actively participated in academic activities including
    journal clubs, short cases, long cases, presentations and clinical discussions.
    He also took active role in counseling the victims of violence against
    women & marital discords, ensuing treatment and f ollow-ups of these
    patients with different psychiatric disorders.
    He was regular and punctual in his duties. His conduct, behavior and
    relationship with patients and staff remained very good.
