The title clearly states which Codex this list is from and how many points have been agreed upon.

Every squad upgrade is noted, as well as any dedicated transports included. This adds clarity but also makes it easier to add up the total points cost of the unit.

The total cost of each unit, including all of its upgrades, is written after the unit description and underlined. This is to make adding the totals up at the end both quicker and easier.

For the sake of speed and ease here, where the three Land Speeders are identical, writing all have mulitmeltas makes sense.
