Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the poor treatment received in your restaurant Bennys fast food.

Firstly, I had to wait for 15 minutes to make my order and 20 minutes later I received my order , and when finally I could founded a table available and when I was tasting my meal I saw that my American double cheese burger was really raw and the vegetables were rotten, and to add more my French fries were cold and without salt. To make the matters worse, I asked an employee about the store manager. I started to explain him about all the time that I was waiting for my meal and then the bad condition of it. Therefore I was expecting an apologize from him or maybe a full refund , but surprisingly he told me that if I am not happy with their service , I must try with another kind of restaurants. He was really impolite with me. In conclusion, I hope that this matter can be resolved by yours, and I will be waiting your prompt reply. Yours faithfully, Giovanna Maero
