Cooking Procedure:
1. Boil puso ng saging in 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon iodized fine salt (or 1 tablespoon iodized rock salt) for 20 minutes. drain, discard the hard middle portion, then chop finely. Set aside.
2. saut garlic, onions and sili. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, puso ng saging, tuna fillet, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and salt to taste. Cook over high heat for 10-15 minutes while stirring. Makes 6 servings
