Research methodology

The study mainly depended upon the primary data. However, some secondary sources of data were also consulted for the purpose of gathering company profile. Relevant primary data was collected through a sample survey using a well-structured questionnaire. The draft questionnaire was given to the employees of the company.

5.1. Sampling Methods: To fulfill the objectives and to collect information, non-random(convenience sampling) was done to select executives of the company. For this study executives from different levels of different departments were selected. 5.2. Sample size: Total 100 employees were studied from different departments. These departments are PA (Product assurance radar)department , Microwave lab, SRE RADAR department, IRMA radar department, purchase department. 5.3. Mode of data collection: Primary data: For this study primary data was collected by providing questionnaires and interviewing from the employees of the company. Secondary data: Secondary data was collected from: Research papers Books Internet.

5.4. Questionnaire Design There are a total of 17 questions that aims to cover all aspects of the study. It included 16 closeended questions and one open-ended question for the suggestions. 5.5. Instruments Used The analysis of data was done using percentage method. The graphs were prepared using Microsoft Excel 2007.
