    DX6i Calibration Procedure

    Ensure your Spectrum DX6i is OFF. Ensure that GEAR/F MODE, ELEV D/R, FLAP/GYRO, AIL D/R, RUDD D/R are all in the [0] position and MIX/TH HOLD is in [1] position. Push and HOLD both horizontal trims at the same time in the direction of the POWER switch (Push Left trim to the right and right trim to the left). Turn ON your DX6i. CHKSUM: 00EF5C46 VER: B450VADV1.16 BY: CAN20110333 You should see the Checksum, Version, and By information. Release the trims, the DX6i shows Calibration Summary Menu.     T = THRO stick A = AILE stick U = Up [+] position of stick

    E = ELEV stick R = RUDD stick M = Middle [0] position of stick

    D = Down [-] position of stick

    Note: UP [+]

    During calibration move sticks to the stops, DO NOT apply force to the stops. Fly your model with your hands and arms RELAXED! J Flip the AIL D/R switch to position [1] to enter the UP [+] AD Calibration Menu. Move both axis of each stick to the [+] stops. (display shows only highest values). Flip the AIL D/R switch to position [0] to return to Summary Menu.

    MIDDLE [0] Flip the FLAP/GYRO switch to position [1] to enter the MIDDLE [0] AD Calibration Menu. Center both sticks. Flip the FLAP/GYRO switch to position [0] to return to Summary Menu. DOWN [-] Flip the ELEV D/R switch to position [1] to enter the DOWN [-] AD Calibration Menu. Move both axis of each stick to the [-] stops. (display shows only lowest values). Flip the ELEV D/R switch to position [0] to return to summary menu. Flip the MIX/TH HOLD to position [0] (display clears) and then position [1]. The original calibration data is restored. Flip the MIX/TH HOLD to position [0] (display clears) and press the ROLLER. Radio will beep 3 times and goes into MONITOR mode. Flip the MIX/TH HOLD to position [0] (display clears) and flip the GEAR/F MODE to position [1] (beeps continuously).
    AD denotes Analog to Digital Converter. The micro switch is located under the TOP axle of the roller, Always press the TOP of the roller to avoid breaking the rollers lower axle.
