Analogue and digital

Analogue continuously varying between limits. Eg In our NLP submodality work our pictures have varying brightness, si e and loudness. !rightness varies "rom very very bright, or startlingly bright, all the way down to dull or dark. #here are lots o" varieties o" brightness in between very very bright and darkness. $igital Either one way or the other eg !lack or %hite, not in between. & or '. In NLP we re"er to a term Auditory $igital, which is our sel" talk. #his is language and our words do not vary in consistency, they are spelt a certain way, thus digital. In our NLP trainings we assess analogue properties in the images that we create in our heads, our "eelings, and the sounds that we hear. %e can change these analogue properties in order to make ourselves "eel happier, more energised
