PARENT ADVISEMENT DAYS

NOVEMBER 20 & 21, 2013

Dear Parents, We look forward to meeting with you during Parent Advisement Days November 20 and 21. Please refer to the schedule listed below for the date and time we have reserved for you. Report cards with your students grades and attendance will be distributed. Maps of the campus will be posted. PARENT ADVISEMENT CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Parent conferences will be held November 20 & 21 from 1p.m. until 7:15p.m. excluding dinner break from 4:30 to 5:15 each evening. The following is the suggested schedule: Conference Time 1:00 - 2:00 2:00 - 3:00 3:00 - 4:00 4:00 - 4:30 Dinner Break until 5:15 5:15 - 6:15 6:15 - 7:15 Wed., 11/20 W - Z T - V Sk - Sz R - Si ---O - Q M- N Thu., 11/21 K - L H - J E - G D ---C A - B

If you find that you cannot attend during your scheduled time, you may come any other time with the exception of 4:30 5:15 which is reserved for staff meals.

There will be no classes held Monday, November 25 through Friday, November 29. School will reopen Monday, December 2 at 8:00a.m.
