When students move into the district without Reading 3D data, the window opens for approximately 2 weeks to complete a
benchmark
State mandate: Home Connect letters must be sent home 3x per year (BOY, MOY, EOY)
In TRC, questions may not be read to any student; may scribe only for K and 1st semester 1st grade
During regular instruction, use TRC question stems
With Progress Monitoring (PM), choose the lowest DIBELS measure to assess
Need only PM one (no more than two) Reading 3D measures
Go back from lowest measure to a measure student can complete and begin intervention there
