BELTRAN was convicted of (2) counts of Indecent Assault & Battery over 14 in 2006 and served 18 months in a state prison. In addition to his sex offense conviction, BELTRAN served (1) year for possession of a device for wiretap. Warrant #s 0638CR002084 and 0838CR001733 have been issued for BELTRAN out of Haverhill District Court for Indecent Assault & Battery and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Warrant # 0812CR000654 has also been issued for BELTRAN out of Newton District Court for Violation of Abuse Prevention Order.
