In 1978, SMITH was convicted of Rape for a violent sexual assault in Boston. SMITH grabbed a 15 year old girl around the neck and dragged her to the roof of a housing project. He then forcibly raped her and subsequently received a 12 year state prison sentence for the attack. SMITH recently lived in Fall River however he failed to properly register as a sex offender and Warrant #1232CR000319 was issued for Sex Offender Fail To Register. SMITH also has extensive connections to Boston and is wanted on Warrant #0803CR001083 for Sex Offender Fail To Register by Boston PD. SMITH has numerous convictions for violent crimes including Armed Robbery, A&B With a Dangerous Weapon (Knife & Rock), Escape, and Resisting Arrest.
