Lennell YORK has been classified as a High Risk, Level 3 Sex Offender by the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board. YORK has been convicted in Massachusetts for three separate sexual assaults against young females and should be considered dangerous. In 2007, he was convicted of Aggravated Rape for a Fitchburg assault. YORK came up behind an 18 year old female walking on the street, dragged her behind a building, and raped her at knifepoint. In 1999, YORK was convicted for Indecent Assault & Battery on a Child Under 14 also in Fitchburg. The victim in this case was a 12 year old girl known to YORK. YORK was lastly convicted of Indecent Assault & Battery on a Person Over 14 and Procuring Alcohol for a Minor for a 1993 sexual assault of a 16 year old in Templeton. YORK has an extensive criminal record including convictions for Assault & Battery and Threatening. He has ties to Central Massachusetts and may be homeless. Use caution if located. Warrant #1316CR000943 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender currently exists for the immediate arrest of YORK with Nationwide Rendition.
