Dear All, The Flight Operations Letters (FOLs) have been created as a communication tool between EMBRAER and customers to rapidly share information on relevant operational issues. Distributing the FOLs to operators by email according to their specific needs used to be enough to spread the applicable information. However, as the number of customers and FOLs increased over the years, a new source of distribution became necessary, where FOLs could be electronically available to all the customers included in their effectivity. At the same time, EMBRAER developed Flyembraer, a brand-new website with modern layout and additional resources, which incorporates all content previously available in AeroChain and also brings more flexibility for information exchange between EMBRAER and customers. Starting on August, 2008 all FOLs released since January, 2008 will be available at Flyembraer (according to the effectivity) improving FOLs control, organization, availability and distribution.
