SAVORY TOMATO ANGEL HAIR INGREDIENTS

1 can (14.5 oz.) College Inn Fat Free & Lower Sodium Chicken Broth, divided 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/4 cup minced celery 1/4 cup minced carrots 1/4 cup minced onions 1 tsp. minced garlic 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 8 oz. angel hair pasta 2 large fresh basil leaves, cut in strips COOKING DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oil in medium saucepan; add celery, carrots, onions and garlic; saut until vegetables are tender, 2 minutes. 2. Mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. broth; set aside. 3. Add remaining broth and undrained diced tomatoes to vegetable mixture; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Meanwhile cook angel hair pasta, drain and keep hot. 5. Add cornstarch mixture to sauce and continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring. Serve over pasta. Garnish with basil.
