Approach to Thinking Ethically I chose the Fairness or Justice Approach because I believe that everyone is born equal. However, I also believe that people should be judged upon their actions and not what they look like or where they were born, etc. I believe those who work hard and treat others respectively shall be rewarded with good paying jobs and comfortable lives. Equality in our society has come a long ways yet has so far to go. I believe that through personal experience in collaboration with education can manipulate a diversity accepting person. By trying different food dishes from different cultures can show you that there is good food to be had across the world. By travelling to different places and meeting new people can show you that there are good people all across the world.
