    Pattern parts missing - The correct number of parts for all sizes. Mixed parts Parts not labeled, therefore lead to matching of wrong sized parts. Pile fabrics Patterns not facing the right direction. One way fabrics Patterns not facing the same direction. Patterns not aligned with fabric grain.

    arrow fabric therefore some garment parts incomplete when cut. !ncorrect tension of plies, fabric laid too loose or tight therefore garments do not meet the size tolerances.     !naccurate cutting $utter fails to follow mar"er lines causing distorted garment parts. Top and bottom of plies are found with different sizes. otches misplaced. Mar"er incorrectly positioned on the lay. %rayed, scorched or fused edges- &nife faulty or not sharp enough. &nife cut $ut pieces damaged by careless use of "nife.
