    HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MEETING


    • HOD Allocation for each department.

    • HOD’s been responsible for their respective departments.


    • Working Day Schedule should be followed perfectly.

    • Every unit has to be completed within the scheduled time.

    • Cycle test, Internal test, Model test dates been discussed.

    • THIRD SEMESTER starts from 27th July.

    • College Timing is 8.35am-4.35pm.

    • Staffs can avail monthly 2hr permission (8.35-9.35am/3.35-4.45pm).

    • Monthly 2 late registers are allowed, if exceeds half a day leave will be taken into account.

    • Applying leave through phone only for emergency.


    • Time Table has to be followed strictly.
    • Exchanging of classes is allowed only with the permission of HOD’s.
    • STAFF CLUB been decided and every one has to pay Rs.50/month for our excursion.
    • Class Advisors for each department has to be appointed.
    • Academic Review meeting will be held on every Wednesday at 4.30pm.
