INTRODUCTION
THE SOUL PROJECT IS AT THE HEART OF MINNA AND ATTEMPTS T PROVIDE A MIXED USED SOUL FOR AN URBAN REGENERATION OF MINNA. CONTRARY TO SIMILAR PROJECTS WE HAVE AVOIDED THE TEMPTATION OF HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS AND DESIGNED THE BUILDINGS AND AREAS AROUND PEDESTRIANS, CYCLERS AND ROLLER SKATERS. WE INTEND TO NOT ONLY CONTROL THE FLOW OF MONEY AND RESOURCES THAT GO TO MAKE THE PROJECT, BUT ALSO THE ENER REQUIREMENTS ETC. WITH THE FACILITIES PROVIDED, EACH HOME WILL RENT FOR AT N700,000 PER YEAR. THEREFORE, WE HOPE TO GENERATE, FROM THE MASS OF HOMES ALONE, N35MILLOIN PER YEAR.
