Irwin Academic Center is utilizing a 6 Day Rotation Calendar for its instructional and collaboration schedules. We will describe our schedules as Day 1, Day 2, etc... instead of Monday-Friday. This will help us ensure consistency with CONNECT (Art, Music, Spanish, PE, Technology & Media) classes and will provide our teachers with increased time for collaboration and planning. The Day will be posted in classrooms and will be announced on the morning news. It will also be communicated through our principal and teacher newsletters. The Rotation Calendar has been set for the 2013-2014 school year and will not change. If school is closed for a holiday, teacher work day, or severe weather, we will continue with the next Day in the rotation.
