Additional Instructor Information

This document contains necessary information for SAP courses to ensure a good quality standard of instructor information. The information is essential to minimize the need for support by the global training support especially before training.

HOW TO ACCESS THE TRAINING SYSTEMS IN CLOUD

1. Logon to the Common Training WTS environment local via:

http://wts.wdf.sap.corp:1080/portal/

remote via: http://mywts.sap.com/ (CSG user for authentication necessary ; will be provided from your local training administration). A detailed description about WTS usage for training purposes can be found under:
https://wts.wdf.sap.corp/portal/default.asp?Region=Download

2. On the WTS environment open the RDP application and enter the provided Alias name (Start Programs Accessories Remote Desktop connection)

3. Enter the Alias name (example in picture: Test-/Prep landscape for BS7.0 i2010):

You will get a dedicated Alias from the local training department a few days before the course starts. Please note that the alias is different for each new course. The provided Alias is only for your training active and connects you to the training system (-landscape).It will be released after your training is finished!

4. Once you are connected to your assigned training environment the standard front end applications like e.g. SAPLogon or Internet Explorer (Browser) can be used to access the SAP systems according to the description in the course material
