1.) Obtain a specialty certification CCRN

Action Plan
Register for and complete a CCRN review course to prepare for the examination. Plan to sit for exam by August 2014. Complete the 10 hour pilot program during the Spring 2014 semester. Made needed changes to curriculum based on evaluation findings. Develop and implement additional 20 hours of simulation for the Spring 2015 term. Apply to a minimum of 3 state schools (UCF, UF, USF) within the next 2 years. Prepare myself financially for my continuing education.

2.) Develop a 30 hour Simulation Program as part of the community nursing curriculum at UCF
