We are learning about caring for others and caring for ourselves. Reading: We are working with short and long vowel sounds. We are learning about parts of speech: compound words, contractions, nouns, and proper nouns. We wrote in our November journals. Math: We reviewed counting on and using the number line to find the sum. We used counters and drew pictures to solve story problems. We used the number lines to solve subtraction problems.

Star of the Week

Jack is our Star of the Week. He brought some of his favorite toys and books to share with us. His dad and grandmother were our guest readers.
Jack, you are a super star!
