Hotel Guideline Hotels and Room Rates

ICM 2014 LOC has selected a number of hotels in different categories for the Congress participants in the main areas of Seoul, most of them conveniently located on the main transport routes and accessible by subway. Special rates have been secured by the committee, and in late 2013 the hotels will be listed with links for online reservation.

Low Budget Accommodation

A number of rooms will be available in student dormitories, most of them conveniently located on the main transport routes and accessible by subway. Further information about low budget accommodation will be given in late 2013.

How to Make Hotel Reservation

Please note that the special discounted rate can be provided only when you make a reservation through this website by On-line Hotel Reservation and On-line Hotel Reservation will be closed on July 10, 2014. The confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours by the Secretariat of ICM 2014. Depending on the availability of rooms, rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may be unable to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended..

Important Notice
1. All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking through the Secretariat of Seoul ICM2014, and any changes in booking must be informed in writing to the Secretariat of Seoul ICM2014, NOT directly to the hotel. 2. All rates are based on Korean Won. Please click Currency Converter to check the currency rate. Hotel reservation should be made until July 10, 2014. Room booking and changes made after July 10, 2014 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.

4. VAT(10%) and SVC (11%) on the Room will be added to Super Deluxe and Deluxe hotels except Mercure Seoul and Best Western Premier Gangnam. VAT(10%) and SVC(11%) is included in Casaville Samsung. 5. VAT(10%) and SVC(11%) will be added to the above breakfast rates, and only VAT(10%) will be added to Mercure Seoul, Best Western Premier Gangnam and IBIS Ambassador Seoul. Casaville Samsung does not provide the breakfast. 6. Standard check-in time of 3:00pm and check-out time of 12:00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be made in writing to the Secretariat of Seoul ICM2014 at hotel@icm2014.org in advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability. 7. For Intercontinental Seoul Coex, additional KRW 30,000 for double occupancy per day will be charged according to the hotel policy. 8. Extra bed request should be made by email to the Secretariat of Seoul ICM2014 at hotel@icm2014.org.

Any cancellations should be sent in writing to the Secretariat of Seoul ICM2014 at hotel@icm2014.org. All due dates are based on the Korean Standard Time (GMT+9)
