1. Phm vi p dng
Tiu chun ny p dng cho tht v sn phm tht ch bin khng qua
x l nhit dng n ngay.
2 Ti liu vin dn

3 Thut ng, nh ngha
Trong tiu chun ny s dng thut ng, nh ngha sau y:
3.1 Sn phm tht ch bin khng qua x l nhit (non-heat treated
procesed meat)
Sn phm ch bin t tht gia sc, gia cm v tht chim, th nui m quy
trnh cng ngh khng qua cng on x l nhit, sao cho nhit tm
sn phm nh hn 70 oC.
