Sunday brunch ba kamo? Prepare Caldereta with Cheese Sauce for the whole family!

Adding DEL MONTE Cheese Magic Sauce makes the Caldereta sauce richer and tastier. Siguradong matutuwa ang lahat sa mas pinasarap na version ng classic Pinoy favorite! ;) Caldereta with Cheese Sauce 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 pc (medium) onion, sliced kg beef short ribs, cut up cup liver spread 150 g potato, cut into chunks 1 pc laurel 1 pc siling labuyo, sliced cup green peas, cooked or frozen 1 pc (small) red bell pepper , cut into strips 1 pc (small) green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce cup DEL MONTE Cheese Magic Sauce Procedure: 1. Saut garlic, onion and beef until beef turns light brown. Add liver spread, stir then add 1 to 2 cups water then cover and simmer until tender. 2. Add DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce, potato, laurel leaf, teaspoon iodized fine salt (or tablespoon iodized rock salt), teaspoon pepper and siling labuyo. Cook for 10 minutes. 3.
