Do other countries have a flag?

I was thinking.
Do other countries have a pledge? If they did, would it be the same as ours? Would it different than ours? What do their flags look like? What does their flag say about their county?

Australian Flag
Their British heritage Stars show a constellation that relates to many legends of the first people who lived in Australia. The 7 points on the star:
6 states of Australia Islands that are apart of Australia

Australian Pledge
From this time forward, under God, I pledge my loyalty to Australia and its people, whose democratic beliefs I share, whose rights and liberties I respect, and whose laws I will uphold and obey.

Norways Flag
The colors are influenced by France, Britain and US. They stand for Liberty and Independence. The cross is found on all Scandinavian flag and shows a connection to those other countries.
