'fheory of Action What do we believe? At Hardy Elementary we ensure that every student will succeed academically and socially. Our staff works together to help students grow, learn, and engage in an exceptional, safe Iearning environment. We believe students will grow beyond ABC's and 123's, and into well-rounded individuals while focusing on "Habits of Minds".
In the future we want to narrow the gap between of special need students and economically disadvantaged students.

Why is this a priority? This is a priority because we want all students to succeed. We want to ensure all students are getting the support and individual attention they need to be success in school and their future. What will be different? with these strategies many resources and strategies will stay the same. Professional Development will be different to ensure teachers are using best practices and meet the needs of all students.
