Irons The most common types of irons in general use is the steam electric.

c. Iron is heated by electric element, controlled by thermostat and supplied with steam either from the factorys main steam supply or from a small boiler adjacent to the pressing unit. Steam function is activated by the touch of a button.

Buck

The actual pressing devices are a lower buck and complementary head that move in a scissorlike pattern. Bucks vary in length, width, and contour.

Universal finisher

TROUSER PRESS To use the trouser press, raise the side levers; place the trousers between the pressing plate and the cushioned heating pad. Slowly close the press; gently pull the side of the trousers so they align properly and turn the dial for heating. . The press heats to around 60C/140F regardless of model type. It can take roughly 15 to 45 minutes to press the trousers depending on the model type and the thermostatically-controlled heating pad will warm up and gently press out creases and wrinkles without scorching it

UNIVERSAL FINISHER This universal finisher is the preferred equipment for small to middle sized laundries and textile care plants. It is available in a steam heated version. Spin-dry shirts, blouses, smocks or dustcoats are finished quickly without creases by the high performance silent hot-air fan. Dry garments, such as jackets, coats, etc., can also be finished on this machine. The individual functions are called step by step on the kicker plate.
