WHO: Contest is open to Active Duty Military and their Dependents, and ASYMCA Volunteers
WHY: The winning submission will be used as our new Holiday Program image and will be posted on event fly-
ers, our newsletter, and our website.

PRIZE: Submit your drawing for a chance to win a children’s Bike, a Family Four pack of Disney on Ice Princess
Classic tickets, concert tickets and other prizes! (There will be prizes for both an adult category and a
children’s category)

Contest Rules and Submission Guidelines:

 All submissions must be completed on paper no larger than 8 inches x 11 inches
 Contestants may use pencil, pen, crayons, paint, marker. Please no glue, stickers, or attachments.
 Contestants should submit either online to Katie@asymcasd.org or by mail to

 All submissions must include: your name, age, parent’s name, parent’s phone number & email address (If
under age of 18), as well as service member’s branch of service
 ASYMCA volunteers must include a short description of their role as a volunteer.
 Winners will be notified no later than October 5th, 2009 via email and phone.
