The drain pump used in your unit need not to be certified (for IEC) The drain pump is tested as a part of the appliance

You do heating test and measure the winding temperature during normal operation. This is usually continuously pumping of water. Then you do the locked rotor test and measure the winding temperature.

The rest will be checking of clearance and creepage distances etc.
