The purpose of this document is to serve as an agreement between ____________ The following terms are agreed upon/acknowledged by both the parties in presence of a witness, in regard to their residence at a) Mr. Kaul is no longer residing at the above mentioned address since 24th October 2013 and has shifted to some other accommodation nearby. Man New has moved in to stay at the same place from 28th October 2013. The other person currently staying in the above mentioned address with Man is Witness Verma who was the former roommate of Mr. and they (Witness and Mr.) had jointly entered into the lease agreement for the same place with the owner Feroz Khan. b) Man has paid Mr. a sum of Rs. 25000/- as compensation for the security deposit which Mr. had previously paid to the owner while moving in at the above mentioned address. (Receipt is attached) c) Mr. acknowledges that he withdraws all his rights and obligations as a tenant in the said premises from the time Man moved in and transfers the same to Man who will have to fulfil the obligation of paying the monthly rent and electricity charge from 28th October 2013. d) Man will have the right to receive the amount of the security deposit of Rs. 25000/- (50% of Rs. 50000/-) back whenever the term of the current license agreement ends.
