    Lung is a people centered design brazilian startup who develops a method called Social Intelligence to engage citizens in problems of the cities. One of the main Lung's goals is to make people have a new attitude towards society. So, we believe that if we just think about software, we won't get it. We added an element in this process, which we call social intelligence. Through this, we create engagement systems to help cities to become a better place to live. PortoAlegre.cc is a georeferenced collaborative digital platform, created by Lung. The project was born from a partnership between Unisinos/Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, the City Hall of Porto Alegre and Parceiros Voluntários, a big NGO in Brazil.
