Step 1 Create a new flash document and set Frame rate to 32fps (Frames per Second).

Step 2 Download my picture.

Step 3 Press Ctrl+R ( mport to Sta!e)" and mport my picture. Step 4 Select it and press F# on the $ey%oard" to Con&ert it into a 'o&ie Clip.

Step 5 Clic$ on frame () and press F* (+ayframe). ,fter that open the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3)" under Color choose ,d&anced" clic$ on Settin!s %utton and set the options from the picture %elow.
