AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION AS AN HEIR I, RITA PALICDAN, of legal age, separated, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at Km. 4, Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that: 1. I am the niece of ROSITA TUMAAK married to GASPAR TUMAAK ; 2. The said couple have no children, so when I was still young they adopted me by way of Igorot or Indigenous practice of adoption; 3. During the lifetime of ROSITA TUMAAK and GASPAR TUMAAK they acquired by purchase from a certain Paulino Narvaez a particular real property consisting an area of ONE THOUSAND SQUARE METERS (1000 SQ. M.) located at Km. 4, La Trinidad, Benguet; 4. The said couple have occupied and possessed and introduced improvements such as a residential house and a structure used as a motor vehicle repair shop; 5. Gaspar Tumaak died sometime in 2009 and Rosita Tumaak died sometime March 2010 at their residence at Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet; 6. When I am already of age and until now, I am the one overseeing the aforementioned property and I am the actual occupant and in possession; 7. The said couple when they were already old and feeling that their time on earth is getting short they have verbally given to me the aforementioned parcel of land and improvements; 8. As an heir and successor of the aforementioned real estate, I am applying for a Tax Declaration; 9.
