Observations
The number of attempts averaged 37.1 overall CAT Takers Slot Wise Average Attempts were broadly in range of 37 to 42 in each slot The difference between the max & min of average attempts in any slot is 5 overall attempts The variations broadly correlated with the quality of test takers decreasing over the CAT window

Conclusion
The trend suggests that better students have taken the CAT in the first 2 weeks The changes in slot wise averages whenever significant, correlate to the change in the quality of test takers for that slot

Final Conclusion: The question paper difficulty was similar in each slot on the average and hence unlikely to be normalized across slots
